Hey Lisa!
With Livelo I already earn points using a credit card and shopping online.
But why can't I earn points for physical purchases in stores and markets?
So mom, that actually exists. But it's not on Livelo, you'd have to download another app.
Check how many opportunities we are missing:

I spend a lot at the market every month. With these points I would buy Bart a new skateboard.

I can't buy clothes online. I want to try them on, feel it in my body. This blue dress, for example, was loose.

We fuel up the car every week. This car is drinking more gas than Homer drinks Duff

Speaking of beer, imagine if he could earn points with all the beer he buys every week…

Building the MLP
The MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is widely used in the early stages of companies and products, but it is not always the best option. There is also no point in calling it an MVP, but not trying to deliver something with a smaller scope thinking on quick validation.
In this case, we chose the MLP (Minimum Loveable Product). In other words, a simple and reduced version of what we identified will be able to reduce pain points and help our users, but complete and large enough in scope to be able to delight and please the same users.

Sprint Zero:
Dynamics with different areas to gather internal knowledge.

Benchmark:
Market competitors, what's their strengths and weaknesses.

Wireframe and Prototyping: Sketch, understand limitations and create final interface.

Usability testing: Validate proposed solution with users, making necessary adjustments.

I love that I can send notes now, I've already sent several.
But only a few are scoring successfully.
I don't know why, I'm sending everything correctly but some doesn't work.
Okay mom, I'll check what's going on.
